Bulk fresh meat from our Dorper and Katahdin lambs! Tender, flavorful and 100% grassfed! Our lambs will be harvest-ready late summer of 2023.
After placing a deposit down, we will reach out to you to let you know the date we have scheduled with the butcher. We will also send you a list for you to select which cuts you would like from your half lamb. When the butcher shop is done, we will notify you and arrange the pick-up or delivery of the meat.
The total cost of the lamb will be calculated by the hanging weight and the cost of butchering. The hanging weight is $7 per pound. The butcher cost is $55 per half.
